environmental location systems booking conditions

1. Late Cancellation Notification

A minimum of 8 business hours (1 business day) notice is required to cancel or   change a confirmed booking. In the event of late notification the time will be charged for hours booked.

2. Booking Duration

a. Minimum Fees

Service Location: Clients will be charged for a minimum 1 hour plus travel (if applicable)
Service Proving: Clients will be charged for a minimum 4 hours base to base .

b. Half or Full Day Bookings

In the event of shortened site time when bookings are made for half or full days – Full day (8 hr) and half day (4hr) bookings will be charged for the full or half day as per the booking request in the event of shortened time when locators are on site as per duration scheduled by client.

3. Plan Requirements

Every service request for utility location and clearance will require DBYD plans for internal and/or external clearance areas. These plans must be complete, current, and cover the clearance area for an accurate service completion. It is a Company Safety Requirement that works cannot commence without these documents for reference. We can order the documents if required and a minimum of 48 hours is required to receipt a full set of plans.
